Presentation of our estimations of the employment implications of the energy transition. I show that finding enough workers to increase the production of renewable electricity to the 2035 target should not be a problem. The real labour challenge is on the energy demand side, in particular finding enough construction workers to refurbish the stock of buildings as needed.
