Provided herein is A raclette cheese scraping machine comprising a support for a raclette cheese wheel, said support having a motorized rotating shaft, said shaft being insertable into a raclette cheese wheel and being capable of driving said cheese wheel in rotation; a cheese heating device comprising a heating surface being positioned at a radial distance from the shaft and being perpendicular to said radial distance and scraping blade being positioned substantially parallel to said motorized shaft, and located in a way to scrape the external surface of said cheese wheel.
