Comment on : A Validated Model of Cell-Mediated Immune Response to Tumor Growth

We found an inconsistency between biological data and some of the initial conditions of the mathematical model of tumor growth in ``A Validated Mathematical Model of Cell- Mediated Immune Response to Tumor Growth'' dePillis2005. We show that correcting this inconsistency changes the conclusion about the effectiveness of NK cells.
